The mission of United Way of Northern California (UWNC) is to fight for the health, education and financial stability of every person in our community, and to be there for the community and its residents during times of crisis. 

UWNC is committed to providing direct support to members of our nine-county region. We proudly serve the following counties: Butte, Glenn, Lassen, Modoc, Plumas, Shasta, Siskiyou, Tehama, and Trinity.

We provide grant support to individuals, non-profit and government agencies through our Disaster Relief (including Wildfire and Coronavirus), Community Impact grants and North State Equity Fund.
